Hey we attempting to run the Royal Parks Half Marathon on Sunday 10th of October. We are raising money for the Shooting Star Children's Hospice which is a great charity which you should support!  You can find out more about the excellent work they do at their website.

We have been training for the past couple of months so we should actually make it to the finish.  If you give generously we may even put some photos up after the race!
