Let me tell you a bit about what I'm doing and why... in just a few weeks my team and I fly out to Berlin to take part in Battle Cancer's two day Crossfit Competition. It is an honour to be able to be involved in this amazing event put on to fundraise for such an incredible cause. It is a cause extremely close to my heart, so many people lose their lives and their loved ones every year to cancer. And as you may know, I lost my Dad to cancer. So please take a moment to donate whatever you can, big or small, every penny counts!
