I've been supporting and fundraising for Doctors Without Borders (MSF) for a couple of years now with Southampton Friends of MSF. Something I've also been doing for a little while is running and in April, I'll be running my first half marathon, the furthest distance I'll ever have gone.

MSF works around the globe to provide essential healthcare to those who otherwise wouldn't get it, be it due to conflict, natural disasters or extreme poverty. They work independently of race, religion, ethnicity or location, sticking to core principles of independence, neutrality and impartiality.
