Thank you for taking the time to get even this far to my page and now you will see that this really isn't a joke. The concept might be to you, but I really am doing it. I am running the London Marathon this April 2017.

Training is underway, my diet is working wonders, I'm exercising and I'm fitting into all my old shirts. Life is great!!

That's enough about me!!!

I would be hugely appreciative is you would sponsor me be it little of large. Hope for Home is a terrific charity who aim to help elderly people with dementia and/or advances Parkinsons and their carers who are looking after their loved ones in their own homes. a good cause I would say.

I hope to see many of you in due course but I would also love to see as many of you at the final mile when I try to sprint finish to complete my first and probably last ever marathon.
