As we all know this dreadful disease creeps up randomly at the most unexpected time and without reason.

We all know someone affected and many of us have lost family and friends, often both. I started this challenge in memory of my brother but in the past days cancer has hit someone who i know as a friend and colleague and a person i greatly respect. On the 24th March I'll be fighting for her.

The knocks I've taken so far in training, and no doubt will take on the night are nothing to what others go through fighting this disease.

Any sponsorship is greatly accepted, just miss a Costa or a beer and make a donation please - it all adds up. By fight night our group hope to make over £30,000, all of which will go towards fighting cancer.
