We fund relevant service development to improve the lives of our community

Story

Ross McConchie, Phillip Anderson, Pete Blackburn, Karen Brownlie, Matt Booth, Martin Warnock and Laura Ene will attempt to climb Everest between them in their own homes to raise money for DGRI Critical Care Unit at Dumfries and Galloway Health Endowment Fund. Mount Everest is 8848m the team will each climb 1264 metres (526 flights of stairs, or in my case up and down the small hill in my garden) carrying a full rucksack on Saturday 9th May. Critical Care are overwhelmed across the country during Covid 19 outbreak and all donations would be greatly appreciated.

About the charity

Dumfries and Galloway Health Board Endowment Fund raises funds to make a real difference to patient care in our hospitals and community. With your help, we are able to help give all of our patients, their families and carers and staff the support they need at a time of personal crisis.
