Naomi House & Jacksplace are hospices for children & young adults with life-limiting conditions. We provide a range of services to families across central southern England which include respite, family support, end of life care and bereavement support. We rely heavily on the generosity of our communities so that we can continue to be their for our families on the good days, difficult days and last days.
