I am running two 10k races - the Southampton Mo-Run on 21st November, and the Goodwood 10k on December 5th… Aside from the personal fitness challenge this will be (I’m aiming for a personal best!), it seems like a great opportunity to raise some money for a great cause. Prostate Cancer UK funds research and support into one of the most common cancers affecting men. It kills far too many men, far too young and is one of the most common cancers diagnosed in the UK today. Please help by coughing up a few ££ for this very worthy cause!
