Story

Over the last few years I've piled the pounds on due to having a lazy job, which has filtered into everyday life. I'm not as active as I once was and my choice of diet is very poor to say the least.....

Sooooo....seeing as its a new year, i really have to start it off with a brand new me, and continue for as long as possible.

I need to change my diet and my ways.

I'll be trying to cut out all chocolate, sugar products, crisps and sugary drinks, and reduce my alcohol intake, and I'll be paying a daily visit to my local gym to shift this excess flab.

My will power is usually pretty good starting off, but I find that after a week or two, i slip back into old habbits, so to help me hit my targets and give me a much added boost, I'm setting up this page and hoping everyone will back me and support me by donating to my charity of choice.

As many of you will know, I'm a massive animal lover so My choice of charity was always going to be a local animal charity. And the charity I've chosen for the first 2 months of my challenge is "Hope Rescue".

I recommend that you click on the link to see the hard work that they do. And I really hope you will support my challenge by donating to this great charity. if I can see that you're all supporting me, It'll give me the boost to work that much harder to hit my target.

I'll be uploading regular vlogs via my facebook page to keep you updated.
