Back in 2012, I was diagnosed with stage 2 non-hodgkins lymphoma. I had no symptoms, and it was only discovered when I had a fall (drunk) and bruised my ribs. The x-ray came back, and although the ribs were fine, there was some shadowing in the x-ray that needed further investigation. After a biopsy and CT scan, it was confirmed that I had non-hodgkins lymphoma. After a series of chemotherapy and radiotherepy at the Royal Marsden Hospital, I was cured and am still in remission.

I've ran two London Marathons before, but that was some time ago when I was a lot fitter! Despite this, I've taken the challenge to run the Virtual TCS London Marathon in aid of Lymphoma Action.
