Parent Support Link provide much needed support to families in Hampshire who have loved ones who are struggling with abuse of substances or gambling.

To hopefully raise some funds for PSL, I will be taking part in the Challenge Roth full distance triathlon (2.4 Mile Swim, 112 Mile Bike, 26.2 Mile Run) in June this year.

It would be great if you could donate to help this organisation do even more great work..and spur me on to keep training and get across the line.
