Small group of us are embarking on a bike ride over 2 days from Great Yarmouth back to Spinney Abbey in Cambridge. None of us are cyclists so this is a real challenge (painful). If you can spare a few quid for this great cause and to make our pain worthwhile I would be very grateful.
