13 years ago my Grandad Terence suffered a massive heart attack whilst asleep which took his life at the young age of 63. A huge fan of all sports and a great inspiration to me growing up, i, along side two great friends, take on this 75 mile off road bike ride in memory of him and to support the tireless hard work BHF do to fight heart disease.
