Blast BushFire Charity Bootcamp

I am sure unless you have been living under a rock you haven’t escaped the tragedy in Australia and the destruction of so many lives both human and animal.

I have been feeling that I really want to help those looking after the wildlife in Australia... having seen images of Koalas and horses fleeing from the fires I just want to do something to help...

So CAN YOU HELP ME TO HELP THEM?

On Sunday will you join me for an online fitness session that requires nothing but yourself and some room to do your session?

30 minutes of your time...

Just donate whatever you can spare to our charity page and we can help in a small way to the beautiful animals and people that have been so devastatingly affected by this.

Can you share this far and wide so we can get as many people as possible training on Sunday 12th January at 6pm (UK TIME) as possible and working towards helping those who need our help....
