215 miles in 3 days 🚲 …………

Of course I said yes when Mike asked me to join him on a little ride (again) Am I built for cycling? Have I done enough training? 😬 possibly not but I completed it last year and I have even more experience, training and stupidity behind me this year. Plus, I never give up!! 

On July 8th, 9th & 10th this year I will be cycling 215 miles again as part of Team Brown in memory of Oliver Brown and raising money/awareness for Children's Hospice South West.

CHSW cared for Oliver and the wonderful Brown family (good friends of ours). The care is offered for children with life- limiting conditions and their whole family, and is wide ranging including respite and short breaks, emergency care, palliative care and end of life care.

By signing up for the Ride for Precious Lives I am committing to ride 65-90 miles per day and will visit the the very special Children’s Hospices at Charlton Farm-Bristol, Little Bridge House- Barnstaple, and Little Harbour-St Austell. 

As Mike explains “to have the support of Children’s Hospice South West when that freight train came crashing in to our lives was invaluable”
