In September 2022, I'm planning to raise money for a charity that has moved incredibly close to my heart in the last 12 months.

There's no doubt that mental health struggles increased massively throughout the pandemic, and when my mental health deteriorated, the IAPT service provided by Sheffield Health and Social care was there, without judgement, without cost and with expert care.

Then when I got my GNR place, it felt only right to repay the favour.

So what are the details?

Well, the run is on 11th September and the challenge I've set myself is to do it in under 2 hours, setting a new PB! The training has already begun and going very well, but there's still a way to go to get there...

But wait, there's more?!

That's right! On the 3rd September, I'm organising a night of live music for charity!! Details are TBC but there will definitely be two bands including my covers band The Civilians! So please keep your diaries free as more details will be provided in due course.

So what can you do?

Well obviously there's the donate link on this page, but there will be ample opportunities for donations at the gig too including a charity raffle!
