On the 1st of October, my colleague and I will be running the Mornington Chasers 10k in Hyde Park to raise money for Humanitarian Aid Relief Trust (HART)! 

It's a brilliant charity that helps people suffering from oppression and persecution around the world that are forgotten by the international community. 

One of the most courageous projects involves funding mobile medical teams in Thailand who cross the Burmese border to deliver essential medical aid to Karen/Karenni communities that are indiscriminately targeted by the Burmese army, at great risk to themselves. The people are purposefully denied aid by the army, and the threat of an attack is constant. 

Any money donated would therefore be greatly appreciated! It would go a long way to helping people who often have nobody else but HART for support.
