Yorkshire 3 Peaks · 6 May 2016

It's bewildering and unsettling for anyone going into hospital but especially for children and that is why we are a fundraising hospital. We raise funds to enhance the experience of our patients by providing state of the art medical equipment and facilities and creating a child-friendly environment.

Wesleyan has marked its sponsorship of Birmingham Children’sHospital’s BIG Bandage appeal by announcing plans to extend its fundraising partnership until the end of 2016.

With your donations we will be able to help theBirmingham Children’s Hospital hit its £4 million fundraising target so it can renovate its world renowned facilities.

In a nutshell the event consists of:

·        Achieving 25 miles within 12 hours

·        The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge takes on the peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, usually in this order, and in under 12 hours. These peaks form part of the Pennine range, and encircle the head of the valley of the River Ribble, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
