Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In May of 2017 Charlotte Iceton passed away at the age of 25. The cause, SUDEP.

I had the pleasure of knowing Charlotte through her big sister, my partner, Kerrie. I'll never be able to put into words what sort of a person Charlotte was and how much she meant to her family. All I can say is that whenever she was around she would make me laugh, she was generous, kind, funny and an absolute party animal. Charlotte has certainly not been forgotten and our 3 1/2 year old son certainly knows who Charlotte is in the family. So 7 years later the opportunity to take part in a 100k (62ish miles) run came up and my first thought was to raise awareness for SUDEP (it should have been "100k, no chance").  If you are not in a position to donate to this fantastic charity then please just pop SUDEP into your favourite search engine and find out a little bit more about it.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
