Story

Thanks for visiting our donation website and supporting us as we embark on one of the greatest charity rallies in the world—the 2018 MONGOL RALLY! The event kicks off this year in Prague, Czechia (Czech Republic) and finishes over 10,000 miles later in Ulan-Ude, Russia. The rally has been running since 2004 and has raised over £5 million for charitable causes all over the world. The adventure covers nearly a third of our globe, passing through 20 countries en-route and crossing some of the most challenging and remote terrain on earth.

Our goal for the event is to raise £5,000 for three amazing charities: Knights Youth Centre (KYC), Cancer Research and Cool Earth, the official charity of the 2018 Mongol Rally.  KYC provides positive experience and opportunities to young people, enabling them to become more self confident, safe and independent. The second charity, Cancer Research save lives by preventing, controlling and curing cancer. They're currently working to beat all 200 cancers and rely completely on donations. The last charity, Cool Earth, works to prevent the destruction and preserve rain forests. Operating in South America, Africa and East Asia the charity works with local villages introducing new opportunities that can benefit the local economy and protect the surround areas.

For simplicity and to enable us to claim tax relief on your donation it is easier for us to collect your donation through Knights Youth Centre and then distribute the money to all three charities at the end of the trip.
