<p>We all know I'm not the fittest person in the world, and the idea of me running a 10k would make most people laugh, but when my friend Hayley Dowdell lost her battle against Cystic Fibrosis I decided that I should take a leaf out of her book and do something random that people wouldn't expect as my way of celebrating Hayley's life and pushing myself into achieving a personal goal.</p> <p>Since it was established in 1964, the Cystic Fibrosis Trust has actively supported excellence in research and clinical care, as well as providing practical support and advice to people with Cystic Fibrosis and their families.</p> <p>I appreciate every donation that can be made no matter how big or small.</p>
