Belfast Marathon 2013 · 6 May 2013 ·

At Northern Ireland Hospice, we care for more than 4,000 babies, children and adults with life-limiting illnesses, both in Hospice and in the community. We look after every patient's nursing, medical, social, spiritual and emotional needs with support for their family continuing into bereavement.

Story

Hi everyone.

I'm running the Paris and Belfast Marathons for the Northern Ireland Hospice in memory of my father who passed away at the Somerton Road centre on March 5th 2011.

The Somerton Road building needs to be rebuilt and it requires £3 million of donations from the public to get the go ahead.

If you can spare any money towards this, then I'll be very grateful.

You can read my original post on the topic of why I'm fundraising for Northern Ireland Hospice here on my blog

There you go. Thanks for reading and I seriously appreciate all donations!
