Prostate Cancer UK has a simple ambition - to stop men dying from prostate cancer. Through shifting the science over the next 10 years to focus on radical improvements in diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and support, we will stop prostate cancer being a killer.

Story

I have very little, if any, cycling experience apart from some downhill mountain biking on expeds or cycling to work once a year on a MTB. To improve my cycling prowess and challenge my fitness I have decided to join my friend Ashlee Williams and raise money on behalf of Men United for Prostate Cancer.

In June this year we will be cycling 145 miles over 2 days from the Olympic Park, London to the Ajax Stadium, Amsterdam.

In the UK about 1 in 8 men will get Prostate Cancer at some point in their lives.

This page will be kept to update weekly with my progress in training and pictures of this progress. I hope you will donate towards our challenge to help this worthy cause of a male specific illness.

Myself and Ash look forward to taking on this challenge with you all.
