Story

Once again, I'm doing the London to Brighton charity bike ride on Sunday 20th June. It is organised by the British Heart Foundation. Please show your support for this good cause by sponsoring me.

Last year I completed the ride in just under 3 hours. I'm not sure if I'll be able to manage the same again (much less fit this time round), but I'll try my best!

The ride is about 56 miles, and starts from Clapham Common in south London and finishes at Brighton seafront. It includes a nasty nasty steep hill climb up to Ditchling Beacon just outside of Brighton.

If you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation. Details here on how much of your donation goes to the BHF (very nearly all of it)
