In late July Both myself and Dave sparked the idea to test ourselves by taking part in a Tough Mudder. At the same time we thought it would be a great opportunity to raise some money for charity. 

Once signed up we went looking for a charity to run for and immediately got a suggestion from a family member who told us about the Edward Dee Fund. 

Not Knowing anything about this charity we took the time to read up on the story of the Edward Dee Fund.

The Edward Dee Fund was founded after Edward passed away suddenly to meningitis and sepsis at a very young age. The charity focuses on raising awareness of the disease and educating communities by providing information on the importance of vaccinations and the signs and symptoms of the disease.
