London Marathon 2018 · 22 April 2018 ·

The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. There is still so much to do to increase opportunities, reduce social isolation and build a brighter future for autistic people. With your help, we can make it happen.

Story

I am doing the 2018 London Marathon to raise awareness & money for the National Autistic Society because of the fantastic work they do to support people with ASD and the massive impact that has on people. My son has ASD, ADHD and learning disabilities that impacts his life very day.

This will be my second marathon using my wheelchair after losing my leg in 2009, which also lead to me suffering from mental health issues. Challenging myself to do marathons not only helps me maintain my wellbeing but show that if you challenge your self to do something, you don't just survive from day to day, but you can thrive in your life.

PLEASE help me make a difference?
