Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'll be Swimming 10km at the Great East Swim in order to raise funds for Suffolk Artlink. I will also be swimming in two 5km events, one before and one after the Great East swim which is being held on the 18th June 2016 #SwimForSuffolkArtlink

I'm a Centre Lead Physiotherapist for Allied Health professionals Suffolk, a social enterprise and community interest company providing Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy to the people of Suffolk. As part of our work in the community we like to support local charities as a way of improving our county.

Suffolk Artlink are an amazing charity who provide creative projects to vulnerable people across the county. This year the charity celebrates their 10th Birthday and is embarking on a campaign to raise money to support their fantastic projects for the future.

I've been open water swimming in my local lake at Fritton in Norfolk for just over a year and regularly surf swim too. I love challenges that push me and so when the Great swim added a 10km event to their great east swim I couldn't help but jump at the challenge as a way of raising money for Suffolk Artlink.

Follow my journey to the day of the event and donate what ever you can afford to support Suffolk Artlink for the future.
