Hurricane Matthew Appeal
Campaign by The British Red Cross Society (RCN Eng/Wales 220949,Scot SC037738, IOM 0752, Jers 430)
The British Red Cross has launched an emergency appeal to help people affected by Hurricane Matthew.

Story

I am doing a triathlon.  I am cycling, swimming and running.  I am doing it at Harrow Lodge Park in Hornchurch.  I am cycling twice around Hornchurch Sports Centre and I am swimming in the big pool twice from the shallow end to the deep end and then I am running around Hornchurch Sports Centre twice.

I am going to train my cycling on Saturdays and I am going to practice my swimming on Sundays and Mondays and I am going to practice running every afternoon before dinner.

I am raising money for the British Red Cross because Hurricane Matthew is making people's houses fall down so I am raising money for charity.  I want to help them because I don't want them to be not well or their houses fall down.  The British Red Cross help young and old all over the world.

I want to raise £190 because I want to help loads of people and it's a really big number and that is a lot of money so it can help lots of people.
