UPDATE

Yes, I did it in a new best time: two hours and thirty nine minutes! And, had a great time on the day. Very pleased and keen to go back again and do even better.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In 2006 I took part in my first ever triathlon, as part of a relay team in London, and had a great time.

This year I'm going back - on my own - to tackle the Olympic distance event: 1500m swim, 40km on the bike and then a snappy 10km run to finish.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep, donate now and leave me a message!

Thanks,

Matthew
