Throughout the years I have struggled with others treating me with disrespect thinking I would not get good grades (other students)  to not getting a job because of my moderate learning difficulties. But I want to prove all of them all wrong as I fought continuously hard and got a level 3 in my chosen subject of Digital Arts after years of doing other subjects.

Sadly at 26 I am still searching for a career as time and time again ignored because of so many different excuses within these job interviews but I always see the faces drop as soon as I say I have learning difficulties. But of course no matter how much support I have been given but of course I won’t stop. 

The reason why I thought disability week would be a great week/time to raise some money for Mencap charity is to get people to understand what a disability is as many people still don’t know what one is and what it truly is like to have one.
