We are doing this walk for Roy Castle as lung cancer and its effects are very close to home.

Working as a lung cancer specialist nurse, Nicola spends her working week supporting patients and their families who are going through some very hard times and sees the fabulous work that Roy Castle do first hand.

To raise awareness for the Roy Castle Foundation, their incredible work and lung cancer in general, we've decided to get up, dust off our pins and do a little something, for a charity, that does so much.
