My life-long aspiration has been to complete the London Marathon - for me to undertake a physical and mental challenge and test myself in so many different ways. Undertaking the London Marathon will be the ultimate test of my determination and physical strength; however for those children faced with disability everyday is a physical and mental challenge. Whizz-kids empowers children with disability to see through their physical or mental impairments and focus on them achieving their lifelong goals and dreams. A personal love of mine is sport and I feel that sport can help children achieve so many things - from life lessons, to making life-long friends with those with similar difficulties in life or helping them to develop their confidence whilst learning a skill and most importantly having fun!
