2019 challenges - 32km Run 200 obstacles DONE. Now Just 100 miles MTB ride

Matt's 2019 challenges · 6 September 2019
As part of our company's ongoing commitment to our chosen partner charity Forward Facing I have set myself two major challenges in 2019.
11 May I will be taking part in the Rat Race 20 miles (32km) an intense mud run with over 200 obstacles which i hope to complete in 5hrs. Last year I ran the shorter 13 mile version so had to up my game this year!!
7-8 September I will be part of a team of 12 to take on the South Downs way (SDW) on a mountain bike. The SDW is a gruelling 100 miles (160km) long with an elevation of 10,000ft on a variety of surfaces including mud, stone, flint and grass. The ride is expected to take 16hrs.
Forward Facing helps children and their families who are having to deal with life-limiting illnesses. They FF team organise events and special days out for those suffering and even help parents with much needed support during this difficult time.
The money we raise also helps to organise workshops, tutorials and community projects. They work with people of all ages and abilities, across genders, ethnicities & cultures. They support schools, colleges, youth centres, hospices, hospitals and local community centres.
Please help me raise as much money as possible for this amazing charity. Just one click will make a difference.
