Kelsey and I have decided to participate in the Glow Green walk & raise some money for Clatterbridge Cancer Centre who have been caring for out best friends sister, Gemma over the past 5 months.

In August 2022 Gemma was admitted to Arrowe park hospital for a few days and after having many scans & tests Gemma was diagnosed with cancer at only 29 years old. 

A week after diagnosis, she was in Clatterbridge having chemotherapy for 12 hours a day for 5 days. This would happen every 2 weeks and have 4 rounds. 

She has now completed her Chemotherapy and awaiting on an operation.

Clatterbridge has been a great support to Gemma and loved ones, the care they have given had been amazing!
