Story
I am going to do this charity cycle ride from Seattle to Portland in October to help two charities, the Cystic Fibrosis Trust and the SIOR Foundation.
Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a life-limiting genetic condition affecting more than 10,000 people across the UK. It affects the lungs and digestive system and can cause chronic infections and reduced lung function. Currently, half of those with CF will not live past age 41.The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is fighting for a brighter future for people with CF and their families by funding cutting-edge research, driving up standards of care and supporting people with the condition and their loved ones every step of the way. To help me support the Cystic Fibrosis Trust you can donate from this page by clicking on the yellow donate button.
The SIOR Foundation is made up of commercial real estate leaders from around the world. Our purpose is to give back what we have learned throughout our careers by supporting initiatives that Educate, Enhance, and Expand the commercial real estate community through promoting best practices, responsible and sustainable development, and educating the next generation of commercial real estate professionals. To help me support the SIOR Foundation (of which I am a trustee) you can donate by following this link https://www.pledgereg.com/228289
Please donate to one, the other or both of these charities and help me raise money for two good but different causes. Thank you!
PS My friend Rich is a super-keen cyclist, works in the UK property market and is 34 years old. He has cystic fibrosis and he got me in to cycling.
