We tell the story of all in Bomber Command to everyone, preserving their heritage.

Story

A group of cyclists from BBMF are riding from the Bomber Command Memorial, Green Park London to Durham Tees Airport, formerly RAF Middleton st George (the northern most ww2 bomber station), through the Bomber counties, covering a distance of 365 miles in 4 days. There were around 365,000 sorties flown from the UK by Bomber Command. After the war these heroes were forgotten. The International Bomber Command Centre in Lincoln aims to produce not only a memorial to those lost, but also an interactive educational centre, helping to understand the events and outcomes on both sides. Your donations will help fund this very worthy cause.
