I will be running my 9th marathon this April at the TCS London Marathon.  I am running for Samaritans, a charity aimed at providing emotional support to anyone in emotional distress, struggling to cope, or at risk of suicide.  

In October 2020, my Aunt Dianne Wetzel tragically took her own life.  The guilt I have felt for not being there for her and not providing the proper support will live with me forever.
