Hi all! This year I've finally mustered up the courage to do the Great North Run after years and years of being petrified of the idea of running to coast, and forever saying 'I'll just do next year'. Having picked up the running bug since the first lockdown, and with Streetwise giving me my first job since graduating from university it seemed like a perfect opportunity to give back to this fantastic charity, and finally seal my Geordie status.

Streetwise has been supporting children and young people for over a quarter of a century. The charity has a strong track record of delivering high quality support services in challenging circumstances, meeting the emotional wellbeing and mental health needs of young people whilst helping to develop and influence local and national policy and service development. Streetwise is passionate and deeply committed to improving the lives of children and young people and I'm very proud to be representing them come September 12th!
