I am running the Great North Run for the Great North Air Ambulance because they saved my life last year when I had my crash at Brampton MX Track... without them I might not have been here today or made the recovery that I have. 

I am also running in memory of my friend Thomas Brown #TB44 who sadly lost his life despite efforts from the Great North Air Ambulance.

An amazing charity who need every penny they get to continue saving lives everyday! ❤️
