I want to make Rochdale and District Mind my chosen charity because of the effects mental health issues are currently causing many people within the Rochdale area.

Mental health still has a stigma attached to it, so I'd like to help change the way people talk about this in a more open and honest way. Your donations will help LOCAL people with mental health issues by providing support groups, wellbeing activities and therapeutic support. They support young people from aged 12.

I am cycling from Lands End to John O Groates in August. All money raised will go towards MIND. I am working closely with the charity, another who is doing the ride also and on a personal important note Castle Hawk golf club and its Captain Andy McGee. We are hoping that we can make significant changes in people’s life’s in a positive manner.

The charity needs our help so they can continue the amazing work they currently undertake.
