Shooting Star Chase is a leading children’s hospice charity caring for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families.

They have two hospices providing care and support throughout the whole year for free of charge. The services that Shooting Star Chase provides really makes a difference to all those affected through their wide-range of facilities, from home visits to hospice breaks and symptom management to bereavement support. Families are looked after at all stages and provided with therapies to help them through a very difficult time. Providing this level of care costs them a massive £10 million a year, 10% of which is from government funding, the rest is raised via supporters.
