Next month myself and a team of friends will be taking part in the Hospice of the Valleys Welsh 3 Peaks Challenge. We will be helping to raise vital funds allowing the Hospice to continue to provide their services FREE of charge to patients living with a life-limiting illness and their loved ones.

We will be taking on the three highest peaks in Wales; Snowdon (1,085m), Cadair Idris (893m) and Pen-Y-Fan (886m), a total of 20 miles of walking and 2864m of ascent. Thats the equivalent height of 9 Eiffel Towers or 651 double decker buses stacked on top of each other.
