Story
I started at Ormiston families because I wanted to commit myself to a role in which I was truly able to help people. Learning more about the charity as time went on, they've acted as a bit of a hidden helper.
Despite 40 years of helping the mental health and wellbeing of young people in the area few still know see the vital work that this charity does. From Mental health of children and the vulnerable, to assisting in the wellbeing of families and education to help break the cycles that affect their day to day Ormiston really do share the values of myself and Georgia.
When we heard about the Wholehog our first thought was "this is something we can do - we get muddy and wet anyway, lets put it to good use!" so here we are.
Think of us when we are running through 8km (5 miles) of trials in wet and mud, but more importantly please think about who we are doing this for. More importantly why not help fund some of the amazing work that Ormiston does in East Anglia.
Thanks
Matt
