Hello everyone.

On the 30th April 2022, I will be taking part in the Isle of Wight Ultra Challenge - walking the 107km coastline around the whole of the Isle of Wight....in just two days!!! I was due to take part two years ago, but due to Covid this has now been rescheduled to 2022. 

I'm raising money for Mind because its such a wonderful charity and is for a cause that is very close to my heart. Mental Health has had a significant and life changing impact on my family over a long period of time. Whilst significant progress has been made in this area over many years, everything we can do to raise understanding of peoples mental health is important and makes us all aware of what we can do to support and help each other.
