Story

I have worked for The Salvation Army since 2008 and during this time have seen the amazing transformation that can happen within the lives of those who find themselves homeless. I currently manage the Booth Centre Lifehouse in Southampton and support up to 46 residents to move from homelessness and all of its associated perceptions into independence.

All the money that is raised through Team Sally Army during the London Marathon 2018 will be used towards services such as the Booth Centre. This money is vital to ensure the ongoing work that is carried out within The Salvation Army's services and to support some of the most vulnerable and marginalised individuals in society.
