As you all know I have done a couple of the Cheshire Dash rides and you have all been absolutely fantastic in supporting me and the charities, last time you raised £3,132.50 you are all amazing. Last year we all shared an incredibly tough experience and so many of us missed the dash massively. Some of us have been niggling at Cat & Mike and as always they never let anyone down they have laid down the gauntlet  for a 100 mile peddle around Cheshire on the August Bank Holiday weekend. It is not a 200 miler so it is only 1 day of pain, but still we will need to start training soon. Please have a read of the charity details below I think it is so worthwhile.
