well done to my son Josh who raised over £150 for Children with Cancer doing a sponsored bike ride today
training still ongoing. not able to run at the moment as it's minus 15 degC where I am at the moment and everywhere is frozen
so the training is progressing slowly. trying not to over train is the most difficult thing to get my head round. thanks for everyone that's donated so far, but please pass this on to your friends and family to donate too thanks
still running....... trying to do between 3 and 8 miles per day

had my first run in ages yesterday. 4 miles so feeling a little sore today. no running today so off for a bike ride instead

so as part of my training I completed the "Nuclear Blast" event at the weekend. it was only 5km mud run / obstacle course but there was plenty of mud. I completed in 57 mins and was 369 th out of 1208 starters

No run yesterday due to being too hot here. hopefully if the temperature drops enough this evening I will be able to get out for a bit
Just a little run this evening as it's so hot here at the moment and I've also been told to keep the distances down for a little while. only 2.75 miles today legs are feeling really "heavy" today
5 mile run today in 28degC. feeling ok
a bit sore from yesterdays run so Just a short 1.5 mile run today to keep things ticking along.
started my training today with a 3.2 mile run. feeling positive ☺
