On the 21st December 2014 we lost Paul Jennings, a beloved uncle to my children, loyal brother to my wife and my great mate.

Whilst the exact cause of death has not been confirmed we do know it was related to an unspecified condition which affected Paul's heart.

I therefore plan to get my bike off the Flitch Way for once and attempt the London-Brighton cycle route, shedding a few pounds hopefully whilst at the same time raising a few for the British Heart Foundation.
