Story
This year marks 5 years since my partner Gemma and I lost our beautiful baby daughter, Lily, who was born sleeping at 37 weeks. Following our loss, we organised a 37 hour charity football marathon, with all proceeds going to Kicks Count. The event was fantastically supported by all friends, family and the local community and raised over £20,000 for this small, but important charity.
In memory of Lily, and to help continue to raise awareness for Kicks Count, I plan to complete a single 37 mile run from Crediton to Exmouth and back on Sunday 25th July 2021. All donations would be hugely appreciated.
Help support a small charity on a big mission. Kicks Count empower pregnant women with information about why their baby's movements matter. Something so simple, yet it saves precious lives. It's easy to look at baby loss statistics as just numbers. They certainly make for an uncomfortable read. We can't ignore that the numbers are babies. As much as stillbirth is uncomfortable and upsetting to read about, it's so much harder to live through.Help stamp out stillbirth, donate what you can to my fundraiser today.
