I turned 40 in April this year and to mark this I decided to participate in the Great South Run to raise money for Cancer Research.

I have lost many relatives to various forms of cancer. You may know someone who has been affected by cancer. You may have been affected by it yourself. Please help raise money for Cancer Research by sponsoring me in this year's Great South Run.
